School Year Tuition & Fees
Family enrollment fee: $500 for 3-5 Day Programs or $250 for 1-2 Day Programs, paid in August or first month of enrollment. Waived for all consecutive school years that your family is enrolled. Helps offset operational expenses for onboarding new families.
Supply fee: $500 per learner for 3-5 Day Programs or $250 per learner for 1-2 Day Programs, due in September or can be split by semester. Helps to offset the fees we incur for all learning materials and supplies.
These fees do not cover optional things like fieldtrip admissions/ travel expenses, expert masterclasses, costumes/tickets/participation fees for future recitals, extra school apparel or uniform needs like dance/athletic clothing or shoes. Any of these items will be communicated and planned in advance with parents.
Application fee: $50 due for any new application, per child. This is a non-refundable fee, but will be applied to your enrollment fee.
Sibling discount: we offer a 10% sibling discount for each additional child with the same parents, after the child with the highest involvement. This discount exists across all of our programs.
Scholarships: very limited and will be awarded to existing learners on both merit and need combined. You may also be able to qualify for outside scholarships. Please ask if you need resources.
Vouchers: we will accept and seek to qualify for state vouchers when made available by the government.
Full Payment Discounts: Semester upfront tuition payments in cash or bank transfer, receive a 1% discount. Full school-year tuition payments in cash or bank transfer receive a 3% discount.
Refunds: We are able to offer these competitive tuition rates for our families as long as we can plan ahead with year-long commitments. With this in consideration, there are no refunds for any payments after the 60 day “Right Fit” guarantee. This is standard practice for private schools in our area.
